BATON
Have fun learning the basics to advanced of twirling techniques, tricks and tosses.

DANCERCIZE
Have fun dancing your way through energetic aerobic routines to burn calories. Gain
flexibility and endurance while burning away calories through a fun cardio workout.
Come to class in workout wear and tennis shoes. You can bring a yoga mat for
stretching, but it is not required. Children are welcome to come with parents and dance
for free.

Fees: $10 per class or $50 for 6 weeks (12 classes)

JAZZ DANCE
Fun jazz combinations with lively music will introduce your child to the latest dance
styles. Combinations are done across the floor to improve upon kicks, turns, single
pirouettes and various leaps. Jazz dance moves and short routines will be taught.

LYRICAL
Lyrical is an interpretative kind of dance. Students gain fluidity of movement, grace,
control, individual expression and self-confidence. The dances in many ways reflect the
actual lyrics of the songs. Lyrical focuses on soft and flowing movements similar to
ballet with a jazz twist. Everyone participates in group performances including one at the
end of each session, parades, and other various performances.
